most who do the snorklw use PVC 4 inch i think do a search for snorkle and youll see how they do it and where to get the end piece

as cheap as you can make it

you can get the arb snorkle head, but thats like 50-60 bucks. alot of guys have come up with their own ways to cap it off

mine even got what i bought and how much from lowes. cheapest place for your snorkel will be ebay, make sure you get one that measures the ID not OD for w/e pipe your using... the one i got i didnt pay attention, i could have saved a lil money by paying attention would had to get the rubber clamp...
