You can buy a 4" lift kit for the front end in addition to the Torsion twist you did. SOA gives you roughly 5" to 6" inches of lift in the rear.

do i need to weld the plate that the leaf springs rest on on top of the axle

I would.

The perches are supposed to be welded to the tube once you set the pinion angle.

where can i find a 4 inch front end lift

How did you remove the spring perches?

I'm curious because typically, the spring perches are eaten away by a grinding wheel or a reciprocating saw.

my uncles body shop did it..i dont know how they did it

Oh, well then they probably replaced it with another spring perch - cheapest and easiest solution.

As for the front-end lift, please Search - there are many threads on this topic.
