i can get rancho lift springs for 100 dollars or daystar spacers for 70. what are the advantages of both and do you think its worth the extra $$ to go with springs?

It is sometimes assumed that springs would allow for more stuff of your tires. I think it would be hard to notice, I have spacers and I don`t think It would stuff anymore anyway. I`ve also heard that lift springs are stiffer, which can make it harder to stuff tires.
It`s up in the air really, but lets see what the other guys say.

I dont really have an answer, but i have the lift springs and i like them. I didnt really notice any difference in the ride.

yeah i live in florida so flex isnt a huge concern what i would like however is more travel and higher spring rates, since my car bottoms out on bigger bumps. im going to get new shocks too but as far as travel goes, new springs will help give the suspension better up travel, right? cause i think spacers extend the bumpstops too so the stock coils wont get over compressed

also does that sound like a good deal for the springs?
80 + 20 shipping for rancho 2 inch lift coils

I paid 186 dollars for my springs and rear AAL Id say yeah thats a good price.

i agree.... but i know there are times when ive climbed up a ledge or something and have stuffed one of the dront stuff... so front flex matters a little:D

You can get spacers for $30 that fit great. Actually and F-150 spring seat. Do a search for the PNs.

I'm running spacers (f-150) and I love them, granted they are not enough...i need more lift. I'm going to add a 2" skyjacker lift sometime in the future. Anyway i like my spacers.

Later
CP :D

well seems like the guy i was going to buy springs from sent them before i paid him so theyre here and im stuck with them

oh and theres a couple of places for dunes around vero, two north of vero off of us1: at 71st street and 65th street and one south near fairwinds golf course
a lot of people go there and nobody seems to care, but i wouldn't call them "open"

Well if you didnt pay for them well thats not smart of him

yeah i know i told him i hadnt made my mind up too. good thing i decided springs were the way i wanted to go
