I've heard of the cables rusting and breaking. But not the unit stop turning. Did you try to get in there and lube it up with WD40 or something of the kind? Or does it feel like something broke in there?
I think something broke or stripped out from rust. It goes up but strips out down. I found a unit new for 86 dollars not sure if there is an internet site out there. Any suggestions?
