spare tire tool

where is the long tool that you stick in the hole in the rear of the explorer to lower the spare tire ? yes, ive searched, but didnt find any good info. i looked under the hood but couldnt find it. is it under there ? give me some info please.

Maybe under the flap that is created when the rear seat (s) is down?

On a 91 it is the lug wrench. Turn it around, and stick the "screwdriver" end into the hole. The lug wrench should be kept on the cargo area jack cubby hole door.
