Spare wheel advice

Morning folks .. so looking for advice or pointers.

Have had LPG fitted to my XLT and have mounted the tank underneath in the spare wheel resess. Now have a muckle big wheel in the back. looking to mount this externally if possible .. either a swing away arm at the rear or on the roof.

Has anyone done this or can you advise on a better option to mount the spare externally ... also if there are mounts out there as after market parts . .wheres the best UK source.

I'd look into a carrier that mounts to the trailer hitch. Random examples, none mine:

I've never been a fan of swing-away spare carriers, but here is a version that also uses the hitch:
