When is a good time to change out the plugs in my 2002 xlt 4L V6. I have 55000 miles on it and want to do it a good bit before it needs it. Plus I dont want the dreaded self welding plug to get stuck in the head. Shoudl I apply anti seize and are borg werner wires an acceptable replacement for the motorcraft brand?
