Speeds gear for 31's

Where, how, or from who do i get the speedo gear from to fix my speedo, its reading less then im actually going. Yes i know it doesnt read as many miles on my truck, but i want to know what my gas milage is... so can anyone help???

The gear is only about 7 bucks at the Ford dealer and takes 10 minutes to install.
