if youre interested just let me know. ill sell the whole thing for $50. its 4.10 gear but the driver side axle shaft is no good. come see me and take it home. oh and it only just has 99,000 miles on it. At first the junkyard tryed to sell me one with 198,000 miles but i looked around before i made my final decision.

tranny problems

So i have fixed my rear end problem on my trac but now there is another. My wife and i recently traded in her 02 explr xls for an 04 explr xlt and its way better cosmetically. It was a good upgrade and she's happy(especially with the option of having a 3rd row seat) but the shifter sometimes doesn't go all the way in park and the tranny sometimes hesitates and jumps in gear. Is the tranny bad or is it something else? It doesn't do it all the time but when you least expect it your sitting in reverse and it don't go no where until 10 to 15 seconds later it pops in gear. What's the deal?
