i've searched high and low and cant find the answer im looking for. my 1995 explorer squeals only when turning left or hitting a bump, the squeal comes from the drivers side and goes away completely with the slightest application of the brakes. any one have any answers????

anyone?

Pressure/force is mostly applied to the opposite side when turning. Left turn=right side forces, right turn=left side forces.

Since you say it stops when you touch the brake pedal, that narrows it down to either rotors, loose caliper bolts, pads that have slipped out of place, or something in the mechanical side of the brake system. Just remove the wheels and have a close inspection. Chances are you will see what is wrong fairly easy.

i checked everything up front, i think its coming from the rear. maybe a bad bearing?
