Squeeky CMP on 2000 5.0 XLT. Help Please!

I have a squeeking noise coming from my Camshaft Position Sensor on the front top of the motor. (not the crankshaft positioner on the balancer)Haynes had all sorts of info in changing the sensor itself, but nothing about the drive. Looks like a distributor drive. Does it have bearings that are replaceable? Anyone had squeeks from this and solve the problem? It sounds just like a belt slipping, which I changed before I really nailed-down where the noise was coming from. Got no help searching the forums on this unfortunately. Any help/advice would be appreciated.
