Guys, I need help...

04 Explorer XLT 4.0l V6

About 1 1/2 years ago, started having problems with stalling, especially in hot weather/city traffic. Right now, 90 minutes seems to be the magic number...it will run fine for about 90, then after that, it will begin stalling as it comes to a stop/slows down to make a turn, etc. So far, I have done:

Cleaned the MAF
Changed plugs
changed the ignition module
Changed out all the vacuum hoses
Changed the O2 sensors
Cleaned the throttle body

There is no IAC on this model year, and I am going nuts about this. It will not trip/keep a trouble code...once it happens, and you restart, the code goes away, and is not saved. The dealership has looked at, reflashed the PCM, and performed a transmission flush and fill. I am at a loss, and can't figure it out...

Any suggestions?
:(

Yeah, I went through that entire post...none of those fixes solved my problem. I've ordered a new TPS, but if that doesn't work, I don't know what I'll do with it...

Solution found...

I took a leap of faith and replaced the Throttle Position Sensor, and reset the ECM by disconnecting the negative battery cable for ten minutes. Tjhis did the trick! Even with as hot as it has been the last few days, the X has run like it was brand new...

Finally breathing easy about it again...

Thanks for posting back with your fix. Happy motoring!
