2000 Explorer Sport trouble starting after sitting a few hours. Turn the ignition and nothing but clicking. After a few tries and holding ignition on, engine will slowly start to turn. After a little bit longer, engine turns and cranks and runs fine. Have had the battery and alternator tested(at AutoZone), and there is a brand new starter in. Once started and running, I can turn off engine, then crank it again just fine. Any help/advice appreciated. Thanks.

It's got excessive parasitic draw.

Take off the negative battery post, attach the ammeter in series, and it should be no more than about 50mA.
If it's something like >3mA then you have something on where it's not supposed to be, like a light that is stuck on, or a relay is stuck closed. I usually pull fuses until the excessive draw goes away.

^ Sound about right.
