What happens when you turn the key to start it? You can often easily identify the cause based on the symptoms. If it cranks slow but weak, it's likely a battery that's low or dying, or a problem with the battery cables or connections. If it just clicks, either the starter brushes are worn down or the starter/fender solenoid needs to be replaced. If the fuel pump doesn't prime when the key is first turned, then you might have a sticky fuel pump relay, EEC relay, or other electrial issue.

If none of these check out, last possibility is the PCM/ECU itself is going. This can manifest itself as not starting, but eventually will be a vehicle that won't start until the PCM is replaced.

Thank u for your reply when I go to start it the car has full power and it it's strong it just doesn't turn over sometimes it doesn't click as if the battery is bad I replaced the solenoid already with the fuel pump, fuel filter and starter maybe it's the fuel pump relay or EEC relay can u help with the location of those?

Check all the ground connections... I have had bad ground connections that do really funky things like that. Also, did you mess with the timing at all recently? Too much timing advance can cause the starter to not be able to turn the motor over.

I will have to check on that.. And for the timing I haven't messed with it. I will say this I got it to start just now after I tried a couple times but I pushed on the gas pedal a few times before trying and it worked.. Now as the car is on an running in the beginning if I would press the gas the car would sound like its gonna die and once I let go the engine goes back to normal speed any ideas?

It sounds like it is going to die because the engine is getting too much gas and not enough air... is the throttle body cable disconnected or stuck?
None the less, since you have done so much other maintenance, take the time to clean the MAF and throttle body.
