I have a 94 Ford Ranger 4x4. The other day I noticed power steering fluid coming from just above the pitman arm on my steering gear. I checked to make sure it wasn't coming from the power steering pump. So, I have two options: A new steering gear for $150 or the seal kit for $42. My question is has any one put new seals in a steering gear before? It doesn't look like it would be to difficult. I was just wondering if any one has had any experience with this or any tips. Thanks in advance.
