I have noticed when i am taking an exit on the highway lets say i am doing 70mph and going to take an exit, when i apply the brake firmly the steering wheel starts to jitter and get the shakes. I dont lose control of the vehicle, but the steering wheel shakes alot. What could be causing this? Warped Rotors, or alignment? I plan on putting my new tires/rims on this weekend and getting an alignment, so we'll see what happens then. Any comments would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Well it sound s like a brake problem. it could be bad rotors, pads , o reven a sticking caliber. i'd check thoughs out first

The front brake rotors are warped. This is very common with disc brakes and is due to the heating and cooling of the metal. It is almost impossible to prevent. The only cure is to have the rotors turned or replaced. It will cure the problem for the time being, but the likely hood of it the warpage returning ishighly likely.

Thanks for the help!
