When I am going slow, almost idle speed or so, when I turn the steering wheel it sounds like somthing is almost binding up. It doesn't do this in normal speeds that I can tell. Also, when at a stop if I crank the wheels on way or another the whole thing shimmys. I checked my ball joints and they had no play. Could the tie rods be bad. I jacked it up and tried to move the tires left and right and they move a little but not a whole lot. I have plenty of fluid too. Any thought on what the noise might be?
