I have a 2001 4.0 SOHC Explorer. Engine stalls when I turn the steering wheel, do I replace the pump, rack n pinion or both, I recently replaced the alternator and put a new serpentine belt, before this the steering had no issue, how do I diagnose this problem? Engine runs fine until I turn the wheel then the RPM drop.
