Steering Rack Bushings

Been chasing down a vibration and decided to check my rack for movement under load. Looks like I'm getting some movement on the steering rack, probably worn bushings.

I can't find anything on it here or any video on YouTube.

Has anyone done this? Is it a pain in the ass? The nut on top is hard to get to.

Changing the bushings is do able yes
Not easy but I believe I did it in the truck.
