97 Explorer....Car stopped running one day, pushed it onto the street without power steering to the right. Got the car running but now there is a bad vibration in the front passenger tire and sometimes the steering wheel. I have been told to check the following: rack and pinion, tie rod, bearing, etc. and now I read balancing. Please provide some feedback. By the way, I got the car running by replacing the coil pack and she started right up.
