Sticky Throttle

2007 XLT, Reg Cab, 2.3L, 5spd - throttle pedal started to get a little sticky at about 10,000 miles.

Doesn't stick a lot, but just enough to be irritating. Doesn't stick when the engine is shut off - only when it is running. Any ideas? Is this just more Ford quality.

My 04 4.0l does the same thing. I would suggest a shot of carb/throttle body cleaner in the area of the the throttle butterfly. I seems to help for a while.
