2wd Rangers had coils, Explorer's never did.
Dont be surprised when part suppliers are wrong, they often assume the explorer is the same as the ranger, etc..
Dont say EB axle swap, the EB is an early bronco, not all solid axle conversions are using a early bronco axle. Also when you go to a solid axle you cannot retain the torsion bars, torsion bars only work with a arms so you have to do something! Either leafs, coils, coilovers, air bags, or air shocks.
There are A arm kits on the market for the 2wd trucks that will replace the torsion bars with steel coils (not just ocilovers)
