that sounds like its the copper coils rubbing the inside of the magnet push evenly and youll hear nothing

y is it then that when i push one side, I dont hear the coil? Is the coil only on one side? btw, what is it like to have a blown sub?

sounds to me like you have a bad voice coil. too much power and not enough output.

youll know when you blow a sub. Aside from the original KABLAMO! noise, itll also play like crap after that. Itll just sound really distorted and rattly.

so if i have a bad voice coil, does that mean i need a new sub? can i get it fixed? can i fix it myself?
