Check your air filter, change your engine oil and also check and if contaminated change your drive line fluids. Also depending on depth of water, repack you front bearings.

I dont see why its worthless without pics, but yea.

I did clean the ari filter, getting a new one tomorow, i also cleaned all of the intake tubing, the water was about 6-10 inches deep, and the bearings are brand new and i CRC'd em after i was done. I am changing the oil either tomorow or suinday

Thanks again, and i hope noone else is as stupid as me!

Fortunately, it sounds like you didn't hyrdolock the engine. For those that are interested, you might want to read the following thread: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hydrolock

If you get into a hyrdolock situation, you can toast the motor by trying to start it with water in a cylinder.

fortunetly enough, i kept it running and it never hydrolocked, and its running fine now, the oil was fine all seals are good and air filter has been replaced, the only i was really concerned about was the SALT water, i am Marine Mechanic and i know all too well what salt water does to an engine, but im lucky enough to not have any major problems
