The non-radials are a great offroad tire period. They aren't exactly designed for the road and do have some draw backs. When your car sits over night you'll feel the flat spots for the first ten minutes the next morning. The tires are made of very soft rubber. My 36's are about 8 months old and its almost time to replace the front 2. These tires really vibrate and greatly accelerate the break down of your trucks suspension. If your going to 4wheel quite a bit than get them. If not consider the SSR's or BFG mud. I'm over my swampers and am going to step down to some BFG AT's.

Imagine being in a paint can that's in a paint shaker. That's how the bias ply Swampers feel in the morning. My whole front clip shakes until they warm up!

Best thing since apple pie on the trail though!

So what your saying is to buy the swampers for offroad and put them on a set of beadlocks and then buy yourself another set of BFG Muds and some steel wheels and run them for everyday.. That is what I am planning on doing.. :D

what wheels around 33" would you recomend for everyday street driving?
Chris

I'm not quit sure what you are asking but I'm going to give it a shot.. I am assuming you are asking the width of rim you would run with a 33x12.5" tire? I would run an 8" rim width as for the Backspacing that is a question that the other people on the bord should be able to answer for you.. I mostly deal with XJ's myself and we look for 4.25" backspacing ruffly..

How are the Super Swamper Radial SSR for every day driving.

:)
