Superlift Pricing

Really? Thanks for the heads up - I'll try that tomorrow after work (Bleh - Work on Saturday). I hope it is not the darn ball joints since I just paid a whole lot to have those replaced last summer. If it's the bearings will it require much to repair?

And I got an e-mail back, whatcha think: skyjacker complete top of the line kit $2439.00 special order 6" kit
thanks rick

Not much more, I'm willing to pay it. Just wonder what a 'complete top of the line kit' all entails.

If you are goint to spend that kind of money perhaps you should consider a solid axle swap.

I have. In fact, NOTAJP and I have talked extensively about that. I don't think I'd play in the mud enough to make it worth it, though I do remember the benefits of it. NOTAJP is a _very_ knowledgable individual and very friendly.

Another problem would probably be the border crossing. Going down stock, coming up several inches higher. Yeah, I could just imagine it all being undone at the border.

it's not like they take a picture of your vehicle and compare it next time you cross the border... just go for a weekend and come back in a different crossing just to be safe. I agree duty on some stuff is insane.

Yeah - I know. I've thought about heading down into the US, then coming back up through Alberta and staying with some family I have there.

Not sure if there would be much of a price difference in getting a Skyjacker 6" lift in the US, and paying for the install as well, once you finish converting the funds and so forth.
