i got 2000 explorer awd, i am gonna covert it to a bw4406 manual 4x4, but my question is, in the future i want to get a superlift for it, will the bw4406 work well with the superlift. and is the superlift a good lift?

Yes, the Superlift works with the 4406 swap,,

it's not the only suspension lift for the 2nd gen explorers, there are long travel options, but they widen the front, and are a bit more costly than the Superlift , which is a bit pricy as is,,

So will the lift destroy my drive shafts and CV joints? And are there any complains about the lift?

That's a tricky question to answer, because of course as you fit the larger tires and hit bigger bumps at faster speed, while also driving over more difficult obstacles, things are going to break. I recommend a good st of limiting straps to keep the front droop from bottoming out.

When you do the 4406 swap use a f150 front drive shaft at stock height.

You'll need to use a double cardan front drive shaft with the lift.

Well for now i am going to do 2inch tt aal and shackles, with the bw4406. Will that harm my shafts alot or anything else? Also what is a ST? Limiting straps?

Forgive my spelling mistake. Good "set" of limiting straps.

Straps which limit the down travel of the suspension, which in turn limits the angles to the cv joints
