ok my friend was in doubt that a 5.5'' lift for a ranger would work for an explorer. a ranger lift can be used for an explorer...right?. and if it is how long has it been since superlift modified the 5.5'' and if a 2 1/2 year old lift be strong enough to last for a while or will i replace parts all the time.............any help would be appreciated

Yes the ranger lift will fit the explorer. I just put on a superlift 5.5 and the instructions said ranger/bronco II. That would be for the front only , of course. The rear is a soa for our x's. As for how long it will last, I can't help you there.
