When I went to pick up my hood from HDGrey2002, He had an aftermarket Boost gauge on his Steering column. I was commenting on how cool it was. It was on his F-150 HD. He told me that it fits right on my Explorer. So I came home and went right to Jegs.com and ordered one. It came in today and Wha-La IT FITS!

So now I have room for 3 guages. Boost, Air/Fuel, and Temp or Oil.

Here is a pic of what they will look like:

---===Here is the link to Jegs.com for the part===---

Just get either 1997-01 F-150, Automatic Transmission or 1997-01 F-150, Manual Transmission, depending on, well if you are an automatic or manual.

Very cool, I may relocate my EGT there.

Cool I'm down with that, I was wondering how I was going to get another gauge in there. Just when I thought I was done, I've just begun.

Oh yea "you got Props" nice job man

Looks good! I didn't even know that existed. Now if I had a reason to have any type of extra gauges, I would get it. :D

BTW is your windshield cracked?

looks nice!!

I went ahead and ordered another set of pods for the A-piller. I am going to mold them all in the piller and dye it grey. Then I can have 5 guages. Now I am not sure what all I want. Boost, Air/Fuel, Oil Pressure, Water Temp, & Trans Temperature.

if you mold it in how are you going to get the textured effect?

I was thinking of fiberglassing/molding my a piller mount to my a-piller but not sure how to get the factory looking texture to it before dying/painting it.

Possibly a sponge of some sort
- kind of what i was thinking..... im thinking too

where did you get your a-piller guage pod from??
