swapped auto to manual trans now like to have ecm or pcm for manual

Hello
ive tried to search with no luck, using a tablet it not allowing me to search.
Ive swapped out my 5r55e transmission to a manual transmission. Its working good but I have the check engine light on with codes shift selenoid x4. The engine runs fine but occasionally idles or revs up higher than I want. I have lookedca called alot if the junk yards around me. No luck, any one know of a affordable one that I could buy.
I know I will have to get my keys to be reprogrammed.

I used it to find an ECM from across the country. Most places will ship the part.
