Stock wiring, the cigarette lighter has 12 volts to it even with the Key OFF.

Is there any fuse that can handle a bit of current that is on the Switched side of the Key? I'd like the 12 Volts on the lighter to turn off whne the key is off But I would like it to be able to handle some Amperage too. I'd hate to make the Mod. then burn up some wires if I ever do use the Lighter.

What kind of amperage are we talking about here?

Just the equivalent to what the cigaette lighter would normally draw.

I'm not trying to light up some Big A$$ holagens, just trying not to fry wires when I use the cigarette lighter.
Normal usage will be plugging in a GPS, flee power.
