Sync Services can't locate my vehicle

Hey All,
For the last 2 or 3 days when I try to use Services for a business lookup or directions she says "Hold on while I get your location." Then it just buzzes for 3 minutes until it errors out and says "I'm having trouble finding your location." It's happened in a few locations miles apart in Upstate NY around Albany. Everything else seems ok. Any ideas?

You could be in an area where the coverage is spotty and it can't get a lock on the vehicle.
