We'll need at least a couple tables to put all the food on. I can't remember who brought some last year, but I'll bring my one card table.

It would be good if everyone brought a serving spoon /utensil for the dish you are bringing.

Also, it would be good to have a lantern or two to light up the food tables. (or maybe NOT:eek: :D )

P.S. FIREWOOD!

Char,
I'll be happy to bring the cake since TwoToneFordExpl isn't going to make the trip. Of course you're going to miss out on some "BUTT BUSTIN" chile but then I guess
Diff Whack Daddy's got that covered.

Ok, we can bring one long folding table for serving and one lantern.

I've got some goodies for the Saturday night raffle as well.

A pair of KC 100watt lights,
4 - boxes of Automotive Cookies :D (they were supposed to be classic Fords, but the box I opened was all Chevy... I guess the winners can eat a Chevy)!
Something new from KKM... Surprise...
Assorted "Serious Explorations" goodies...
And a few other assorted items.

Be sure to be there Saturday night!!

I am bring my long folding table, so that can be use for the potluck also. Have fire wood and if anybody needs some lite for setting up their tent at nite I have my 500 watt lantern. Looking forward to this weekend.

I have finally perfected my trailer lid and it doubles as a 4X8 ft table when opened. We can park that next to the taables for even more table area.

Camping equip.

I have a coleman stove and latern should any one need it.

I convinced my wife to make a dozen or so deviled eggs. They must be good (my opinion doesn't count, I know what to say :D ) because they're always the first item to be cleaned up at our Labour Day backyard BBQ.

So, I'll bring potato salad (my version of german) and deviled eggs.

See ya all there.

We have a propane grill for doing steaks and such. If anyone needs to use it they are more than welcome.

How many people do we think will be camping vs. staying at a hotel??? 50%????

There is no list for that. In the past the majority of camped out.
