T3/T4 Turbo

So I have a buddy selling a T3/T4 turbo and intercooler. Would this fit on my 4.0L SOHC explorer and what all would I have to do to get it going?
I've been waiting to find a good deal on one but don't know where to get started.

What are the specs on the Turbo? What kind of IC? Frontmount? TopMount? Is the Turbo Water & Oil Cooled? Just Oil Cooled?
