Tail Light Swap

I'm sure this has been asked but I couldn't seem to find an answer.
One of the 06 and up Explorer trims came with a better looking tail light. I'm looking at one right in front of my window at work as I type this. It's more "blacked out" with the reverse light in the center. I'm sure you all know what I'm talking about - they came like this from the factory.

The question: will those fit on 06 and up ST's? ? ?

Very old post...but never answered..

My wife had an 06' Limited Explorer (not-ST) and the tail lights are entirely different shape from my 10' STA. She had the darkened clear cirle tail light you are talking about though. No they will not fit.

Check Carid. They have some chrome outlines with LED's that kind of make it look like it has euro lights. Im sure if you rigged up some LED bulbs in place with the stocks it may not look to bad. not sure they are worth 100 bucks, but I have spent more on more usless things.
