Tailgate window squeak/rattle

I've searched for a fix for this problem but haven't really found much. Maybe I'm the only one but does anybody else's tailgate window rattle/squeak with every bump/imperfection in the road? I'm not sure but I think the squeak is coming from the hinges at the top of the glass that connect it to the body of the truck. Does anyone know of a fix for this? Its getting worse and beginning to drive me crazy. Thanks.

It's not just you, I think I have the exact same problem in my 01 sport. It annoys the hell out of me and because of this I try to avoid every little bump I see. I haven't figured out a way to fix this yet though. I think I might bring it somewhere to have it looked at.

Hmm.. well I'm going to have to find a fix within a week to preserve my sanity. We'll see what I come up with.

Check the bolts that hold the top of the glass to the hinges. Mine loosened up a while back, and made it squeak like you describe. I could actually grab the glass when it was open and slide it up or down a little bit.
