TB spacer VS larger bore TB - ST Gen2

Whats everyones take on buying a throttle body spacer for around ~150$ vs buying the BBK Throttle Body (1759) for ~300$? i saw users on here with both was wondering what the comparison is.

Can't comment on the BBK throttle body, but my Zabteck modified TB made a noticeable power gain for my 4.0L SOHC.

here is the science behind it

"Any throttlebody spacer on a port injected vehicle is pretty much useless because any work that it does will be negated by the intake. By the time it makes its way through the upper intake and the runners and the valves into the engine, it’s all turbulent again. spaces are good on injected vehicles where the fuel injectors are in the upper intake manifold or on carbureted vehicles so on the sport Trac they are useless. "
