I have a 95 4.0 Ford explorer and the temperature gauge keeps getting stuck when I first crank it up, after about 6 mins if I hit the temperature gauage it will go to normal, I have looked but I have not seeing any video's or how to relace the gauges I have already replace the dash lights once, Just don't know how to replace the gauges.

I am not sure you can replace just the temp gauge, you may just have to replace the whole cluster. Also if you hit it, and then it works, that makes me believe that you have a wiring problem, possibly a bad ground.

Not it is working just stuck half way when you crank up the motor.

That's weird. I would first try testing the temp sensor, it could be messed up when cold, but when it warms up it works again. I am not trying to say that your wrong, I just hate replacing the wrong parts, and then problem still happens.
