text display/mp3 hu??

hey out there, just wondering if there are any hu's that have cd text display, mp3 play, and satelite capabilitys that are made by ford and fit the stock radio hole in the 2003 explorer.Or am I going to have to go with an aftermarket hu? any help on this would be awsome. i have an elcamelion aftermarket hu but im trying to stay away from the adapter kits since they look like crap.

naw, mainly an aftermarket single din cd player is tha way to go. There are some nice double din cd players out there, but you can find alot more out of a single din one. Ive got an alpine cd player in my 03, and its got all the stuff you are lookin for. U could prolly pick one up for around 250
