This subject has pretty much been beat to death. I'd suggest you use the search button and look for exhaust. You'll get way more info from that search than we could give you in this single thread. Good luck!

ive got a 40 series flow..um not sure wether to put it on or not..anyoen got one..or hav anything to say?

If you've already got it, I say go for it. It can't hurt anything and if you don't like it you can always change it.

Love my 40 series non-delta.

I have the delta flow 40 and love it. But, once again, the search button will give you a ton more results on the subject. Good luck!

besides exhaust try an open element filter(cone) gives it a nicer sound on accel.

Oh yeah, I forgot about the air filter...definitely adds to sound of the exhaust.

ive got the 40 series delta flow with the ifab.net intake and love the sound

Exhaust note.

Hi.
I was thinking like you some years ago to find the right sound and all, I also thought about back-pressure so the muffler had the least restriction. BORLA has some sound examples for you to hear on there website. I ended up making my own muffler from stainless-steel, it sounds well and has very low back-pressure.

This is going to be a very opinionated thread! :)

I have a dynomax super turbo muffler, no resonator, and also a large K&N cone filter installed.

At WOT she sounds niiiice :)

Exhaust systems are like wimmin, some want them screamin loud.
Some want them Quite.
Some want less restriction, some want more, is no answere

Flowmaster 40 series sounds great to me.

These exhaust threads drive me wack, is like asking if the Sun is going to come up today
Sorry for the minor rant :D
