I have a 2020 explorer XLT with the third row seating that does not have the power option. When I move the third row from the folded position to the seated position and I pull one of the headrests up, it does not stay up. I have tried pulling it up with some force, wiggling it, pulling the release lever while moving the headrest and nothing seems to work. Not sure if anyone else has had this issue or if I am doing something wrong.
