That thing has been ridden hard and put up wet! I'd bid $60 just to have them tow it away and put it out of it's misery.

As they say... Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. The only thing that may be "clean" on that Expl is the title, LOL.
 






In the very first picture the bumper is not mounted straight. A closer look at some of the other pictures reveals over spray on the hood adjustment screw/stop/bumper on the driver side revealing at one point in time some body work was performed, combine that with the crocked front bumper, it appears a repair was made, but how bad was the damdge? Also, it does not have the keyless entry (no number pad on door), no fog lights, no running boards, no deluxe console with rear controls, no power seats, non-factory radio, and no 4x4, (gots to have 4x4) imp. It is however a great base line vehicle for modifications however!

If I wanted a 4wd I’d never consider buying a 2wd to convert. There’s plenty of way cleaner, easier places to start. There’s still plenty of explorers out there.
