Ok, new question.........

can i use RTV to seal the upper intake when i reinstall it or should i just get a gasket/o-rings or whatever?

I bought the gasket/o-rings from rockauto.com. I was thinking the same thing about using some rtv to make sure its seals well with the o-rings. I would go with the gasket/o-rings and not just rtv.

don't use rtv. clean the mating surfaces on the heads really good along with the o ring grooves.there is no need for rtv here at all.
