Time for new tires

I was looking at these:

I have to go with something cheap. The only thing I'm wondering about is the XL load range. Should they be OK to use?

They should be fine.
When you order them they will ask you what car the tires are for. If they are not recommended for an Explorer, they won't sell them to you due to liability issues if there is a problem in the future. (Thank you legal profession).
If you choose not to tell them what car the tires are for, they will still sell them to you, but if there is a problem in the future, you are on your own.
