I was wondering how tall of a tire and how wide of a tire I would be able to put on my explorer with a 5.5 inch lift I am wanting to put a set of 33 inch boggers on rockcrawler rims . what else will I have to do to accomodate the tires.

5.5" should be all you need for 33"s. You might need to do some minor fender trimming - but that's about it...

So I will not have toworry about regearing or rubbing the fender wells then alright thankyou. And beleive me my wife thinks that i build my truck up to pi$$ her off on purpose so I know how you feel.

You'll be underpowered with the stock 3.73 gears. You should upgrade to 4.56 gears to get the best performance with 33" tires.
