Tonneau Cover Hardware?

Long story short, I have a 2002 sport trac. I have acquired a tonneau cover but it was stored outside so all the cables and latches are rusty and basically inoperable. The inside of the truck bed itself is also missing the 4 brackets that go in each corner for the cover to latch on to. So basically I'm looking for all the hardware to put this cover on. The 4 brackets in the bed, new latches, cables, and lock cylynders for the cover itself. I've looked all over online and couldn't find anything, anyone know if this is something I can order? Like a rebuild kit or something?

Four years later and this is still helpful. Thank you! Parts were discontinued, but I was able to source them through Tasca Parts.
