Torque spec for manifold line to the compressor

Could someone tell me what I should torque the one bolt that holds the manifold/block to the back of the compressor

According to my 2000 Workshop manual:

Thank you, should the manifold/block be flush against the back of the compressor when torqued to 12.5 - 17 ft lbs
