I was back to the dealer to see if they could find out why the truck is lower on the left side? (or higher on the right?)
They adjusted the torsion bars. Now it sits almost level. There was a 1" difference before. Now its less then 1/4".

Now the truck pulls hard to the right. I can't take my hand off the steering wheel, plus its doing a number on the front tires.

Its still under warranty. The dealer wants to put the bars back to the original position. So I can have it one way or the other.
There has to be another way to fix this.

Any advice?
Not Ford customer service.
I don't have the time or energy.

Get an alignment at a repudible shop and you should be able to have your truck sit level and track straight.

Beware the lollipop of mediocrity. Lick it once and you suck forever.

Have the dealer do an alignment. It is still under warranty so there should be no excuse for him not to do it. The torsion bars should not come out of adjustment so that means that Ford set them wrong at the factory. The alignment should be part of the same repair.

I was back to the dealer today.

Alingments are only covered for 12 months or 12,000 miles. They can adjust the torsion bars under the 3 year/36,000 warranty.
So it looks like Ford wins agian. Catch 22 of the Ford dealers handbook.

$79 for the alingment plus extras.

I can only give one small piece of advice.
Ask, ask, ask, ask, then ask again.
I assumed it was included.

Thanks for the help,
