Torsion Twist to lower front end?

I want to lower my front end about an inch or so? Is this possible using the torsion twist? If so could someone post the link on how to do the torsion twist? Thanks

1inch would be fine and with only going an inch u wouldn't have to get an alignment done but your tires might lean alittle bit but not much .Unbolt the adjuster bolts a couple of turns at the end of the torsion bar going towards the rear of the vehicle then take a look at the truck and make litlle adjustments.i have doen this drop on 4 or 5 nissans and one explorer
