trailer hitches??

Is there a difference between the frames of 2001 and 2003 S/Ts that would make a hitch designed for an '01 not fit an '03?

I don't know of any difference that would cause a problem. If you search "Sport Trac trailer hitch" on the net you get all sorts of model year combinations. One says it won't fit with a 16" spare but otherwise I see no stated difference. Do you know the manufacturer part number of the one you're considering?

yep its a curt 13033. for some reason it only shows up to '01 Is that the year they changed something on the Ex.s but the S/Ts continued using the same frame?

I have a Curt on mine. http://www.thehitchstore.com/class-iii-receiver-hitch-p-756.html I've seen repeated statements that Sport Trac hitches are Sport Trac ONLY.

Yes I've seen the one you have. the 13033 is a square tube welded assy. Its also a class IV which I'd rather have. Living down here in Sunny S Fla the fewer joints the better to resist rust..

'Course it helps if it fits. There is NO indication that the 13033 will fit a Sport Trac. If you buy it and it fits that'll be some good info to share.
